Google Analytics is the worlds most used Web Analytics platform and offers its users detailed insights into website traffic, conversions, sales and other customisable dimensions and metrics. It is available in 40 languages and has a market share of 82%.

About Excel

Excel, developed by Microsoft, provides spreadsheet functionality for business users. It’s most commonly used features include calculations, pivot tables, charts and it’s programming language called Visual Basic.

First Step:

You need to select Google Analytics as a Data Source and Grant Access to Windsor.ai.

Second Step:

As you can see, you have two options to add data from Google Analytics, one is Google Analytics UA, and the other is Google Analytics 4.

The differences between the two are explained here. But the main difference is that the hit types in Universal are captured as events in GA4.

Third Step:

Once you connect the data, i.e. sign in with Google, you will need to go to 2. Select  Destination to choose where do you want to send your data.

Fourth Step:

In this case Select Excel As A Data Destination


Fifth Step:

Create a new Excel Spreadsheet

Sixth Step:

Head to the Data tab and click on From Web

In the URL box paste the link as show below:

Seventh Step:

Click on Load
