As I wish to check the feautures of windsor.ai and specifically about the integration of facebook ads to power bi
I use the trial version since yesterday
and I would like to ask you
As I cannot see data in website purchase field
(I check in the fb business account and for example in a specific campaign there are 21)
I would to ask you if that happens because of the free trial or there is a problem in my account and the integration?
Windsor.ai admin: Could you please give me the URL you use to connect your data destination (I suppose, it’s Facebook) to Power BI?
Do I understand it right that you’re having issues with the field actions_offsite_conversion_fb_pixel_purchase?

Windsor.ai admin: And the issue is, there is no data in that field, right?

but when I checked it in my insights from business account there are data

but in the data preview there are -

I’ve downloaded the cvs and in the entire sheet it’s also null

instead of scrolling I’ve download the entrire data set
