Is there an outage with the Bing ads data connector?

It hasn’t been working for me for awhile…

Finally getting around to troubleshooting- as soon as I click on the Bing Ads data source- there’s a little pop up “Internal Server Error” message.

If I click the grant bing ads access button - “success” is reported back.

In the data preview screens- there’s no connection to bing ads.

I opened a test account - and was able to connect to my bing ads account fine. So there’s something in my current windsor setup blocking me. I’ve gone through the grant bing ads access button several times - using the same credentials that just worked in the trial account - but I continue to get the internal server error (again - this comes up the moment I navigate to the bing ads source), and bing ads isn’t available as an account on the data preview screen.

Any help resolving would be appreciated! I even upgraded to standard, in the hopes that would clear it…

We’re working on a fix here. For the time being we helped you via Google Meet and the problem seems solved now.
