How to select a subscription plan
Windsor.ai pricing depends on the number of Data Sources and Accounts you need to connect to.
What is a data source?
A data source is a platform that you connect in Windsor.ai, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, etc. You can check the full list of our available data sources here.
What is an account?
An account is an ad account, an analytics property, or a CRM account. For example, if you have a Basic plan, you can connect up to 75 accounts across 3 data sources. An example setup for the Basic plan could be 25 Google Ads accounts, 25 Facebook Ads accounts, and 25 Bing/Microsoft Ads accounts.
All our plans support multiple data destinations and unlimited users and rows.
So, to select the best-fit plan, just count the data sources and the accounts you need to work with.
Downloading invoices
To download your Windsor.ai invoices, log in to your account, open your account menu in the top right corner and select ‘Settings,‘ then click ‘Manage Subscription‘ under Subscription Management.
Click the ‘Invoices‘ tab. Each invoice lists its date, invoice number, amount and status, with a ‘Download‘ button.

Linking your Windsor.ai subscription to another email address
Have you recently subscribed to Windsor.ai using a different email address than the one associated with your existing Windsor.ai account? Don’t worry, it’s a common scenario and easily resolvable.
Here’s a simple guide to ensure your subscription and account are perfectly synced.
Receiving your linking email
After your purchase, Windsor.ai sends an email to the address used during the subscription purchase. This email contains all the necessary details and instructions to link your new subscription to your existing Windsor.ai account. It’s a straightforward process designed for your convenience.
Steps to take if you haven't received the email
Sometimes, emails get lost in the shuffle or end up in the spam folder. If you haven’t received this important email, there’s no need to panic. You can manually link your subscription by following these steps:
- Log in: Navigate to onboard.windsor.ai and log in with the Windsor.ai account you want to link to your subscription.
- Open Settings: Click your account name in the top right corner, then select ‘Settings.‘
- Update your profile: On the ‘Account‘ tab, click ‘Update profile.‘
- Enter your subscription email: In the ‘Subscription email address‘ field, enter the email address you used to purchase your Windsor.ai subscription, then click ‘Save Changes.‘
We understand that technical issues can sometimes be more complex than they appear. If you’ve followed the above steps and are still facing issues, we’re here to assist you. Please reach out to us via our chat support or at [email protected]. Our dedicated team is always ready to provide you with the help you need to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Troubleshooting: "This subscription email address is already associated"
If you see this error when entering your subscription email address, it means the email used for the subscription is already associated with a different Windsor.ai account.
To resolve this, invite the subscription email address as a team member to your primary account, the one that contains your data sources or where you want to use the subscription.
To fix this:
- Log in to your primary workspace account
- Open your account menu in the top right corner and select ‘Settings,‘ then click the ‘Team‘ tab.
- Click “Invite team member,” enter the subscription/payment email address, and click ‘Send invitation.‘

- Sign in to your subscription email account and accept the invitation.
- After accepting the invite, the email account will appear as a team member on your Settings › Team page. You can then use that subscription as part of the team.
Important Note on Data Visibility: Accepting this invitation will hide any data sources previously connected directly to that subscription email, shifting its access entirely to your primary team’s workspace.
How to remove your Windsor.ai registration/account
To delete your account, log in to your dashboard at https://onboard.windsor.ai/, open your account menu in the top right corner and select ‘Settings,‘ then click the ‘Team‘ tab.
Under the ‘Danger zone,‘ click the button ‘Delete Account‘ and confirm this action.

Note: if you still have an active subscription, Windsor.ai will block the deletion and show a message asking you to cancel your subscription first.
Cancel your subscription first (see ‘How to cancel your Windsor.ai subscription‘ below), then come back and delete your account.
How to cancel your Windsor.ai subscription
We’re sorry to see you go! Here’s how to cancel your subscription:
-
Open your account menu in the top right corner, select ‘Settings,‘ then click ‘Manage Subscription‘ under Subscription Management.
-
On the ‘Subscription‘ tab, click the ‘Cancel Subscription‘ button.

In the ‘Sorry to see you go‘ dialog, optionally tell us why, then click ‘Cancel Subscription‘ to confirm.

Please note: canceling your subscription means your historical data will be deleted. If you want to delete your account as well, do that afterwards from Settings › Team › Danger zone.
Failed payment retry policy
If a payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to charge your card up to 8 times within 7 days using a smart retry process to ensure minimal disruption to your service.
Seeing a "Uh-oh" error after renewing a subscription
After activating your subscription, it may take a few moments for the system to recognize the update. If you see a “Uh-oh” error, don’t worry — this usually means the refresh is still in progress.
Please wait a few minutes and then refresh the page. The subscription typically updates within 5 minutes or less.
If the issue persists beyond that, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
