We support Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Python, Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Windsor MCP server.
A scheduled sync (destination task) allows you to sync data from Windsor.ai to your preferred database, data warehouse, file storage, or Google Sheets. We currently support destination tasks for Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Databricks.
On the Basic plan, you can set up a maximum of 5 active scheduled syncs, where each sync corresponds to one table updated once per day. All plans starting from Standard provide unlimited destination tasks and hourly/daily scheduled syncs.
Additionally, on the Basic plan and above, you can perform backfills to load historical data into your table.
Note that on the Basic plan, each backfill also counts as a scheduled sync.
Windsor.ai refreshes the cache every 6 hours. To access real-time data, you need to manually refresh it in the onboard app using the Clear Cache button.
For certain destinations (insert destinations), your plan includes a fixed number of data rows. Additional synced rows are billed per 1 million MAR at your plan’s rate.
The following insert destinations are subject to data volume limits:
A “row” refers to a single data record transferred from a source to a destination (e.g., a row inserted into BigQuery). We count the number of rows synced during each data refresh and total that for the billing cycle.
You can view your current monthly row usage in your Windsor account management settings.
If you reach your monthly MAR limit, you can continue using Windsor and sync new data to DWH destinations. Extra usage is billed at the end of the billing cycle. Keep in mind that it may be more economical to upgrade to a higher plan than to pay for additional MARs at your current rate.
You can send an authorization link to external users (e.g., teammates or clients) so they can connect a data source under your account, without sharing credentials or registering at Windsor.

If you exceed these limits, you’ll receive a 429 status code. The response will include headers indicating your remaining quota and when it will reset.

For immediate custom connector development without a queue, consider our Enterprise plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and we’ll automatically apply prorated billing so you only pay for what you actually use.
If you upgrade mid-cycle:
You’ll be charged only for the remaining time on the higher plan, minus a credit for the unused time on your current plan.
Example:
You’re on the $23/month plan.
On June 16 (midway through your billing cycle), you upgrade to the $118/month plan.
Here’s what happens:
On your next billing date (July 1), you’ll be billed the full $118 for the new plan.
If you downgrade mid-cycle:
Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next cycle, and your new (lower) rate will be charged then — no immediate charge or credit.
If you switch between monthly and yearly plans:

If you switch to a plan with a lower effective price for the remaining period (for example, from Basic Annual ($228) to Standard Monthly ($118)):
Windsor.ai subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You’re billed for the upcoming 30-day period. If the subscription wasn’t cancelled, invoices may have continued to generate each month, and unpaid invoices create an outstanding balance.
You’re billed for the upcoming 12-month period. If the subscription wasn’t cancelled, an annual renewal invoice may have been created, and if it wasn’t paid, it can appear as an outstanding balance.
At this time, we do not offer a “pause” option. You can cancel your subscription anytime and reactivate it later when needed:
– For monthly plans, your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, and billing will resume only if you reactivate.
– For annual plans, the full year is paid upfront. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal at the end of the term but doesn’t pause or refund the remaining months of the current year.
