What is an account?
What data destinations are supported in Windsor.ai?
We support Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Python, Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Redshift, and Databricks.
What is a database destination, and how are they counted?
A database destination allows you to sync data from Windsor.ai to your preferred database. We currently support BigQuery, Snowflake, Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Databricks.
On the Basic and Standard plans, you can set up a maximum of 5 concurrent database syncs, where each sync corresponds to one table updated once per day. Additionally, on the Basic plan and above, you can perform backfills to load historical data into your table. Note that on the Basic plan, each backfill also counts as a database destination.
What does unlimited users mean, and how to add new users to my Windsor.ai account?

Yes, Windsor.ai provides an absolutely free 30-day trial so you can explore the platform’s core features with the following conditions:
- 1 user, 1 data source, 1 account, and 5 destinations
- 30-day history limit
- No hidden fees or premium connectors—you can try all data sources and destinations
Does Windsor.ai have any limitations?
Can I request or build a custom connector with Windsor.ai?
Yes, we can add this upon request. To get started, add it to our feature requests board, and we’ll plan and deploy it as soon as possible.
For immediate custom connector development without a queue, consider our Enterprise plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, absolutely. Our payment plans allow you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. However, keep in mind that we don’t provide refunds.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
I stopped using Windsor.ai some time ago and just paid again — why do I still have an outstanding balance?
When you subscribe for a monthly plan, you’re billed for the upcoming 30-day period. Windsor.ai subscriptions are recurring by default. If you don’t cancel your subscription, it continues to renew each billing cycle, even if you’re not actively using the platform. This is standard for monthly SaaS plans.
So, for example, if your last payment was 1 year ago and you only paid again today, that means your subscription was technically active but unpaid for 12 months. To continue using the platform under the same account, you may need to cover the unpaid months or create a new subscription.
Can I pause my subscription for some time?
At this time, we do not offer a “pause” option. You can cancel your subscription anytime and reactivate it later when needed. If you do not cancel, billing will continue automatically each month, so you’ll need to cover the unpaid months.
Is my data safe when I use Windsor.ai?
We take data security very seriously. Windsor.ai is GDPR compliant and SOC2 Type 2 certified. Our servers are hosted in a world-class data center in Germany.

You can purchase a subscription using most credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express (we use Stripe for payment processing).
Please note that manual invoicing and custom vendor onboarding processes are only available for Enterprise plans.

A free plan offers the following conditions:
- 1 user, 1 data source, 1 account, and 5 destinations
- Database destination syncs are automatically disabled after 30 days.
- Database destination backfills are not available.
