Supermetrics Pricing Packages: A Breakdown

Supermetrics recently updated its price list. The old pricing plans offered the Essential plan at €29/month billed annually. The Core plan was priced €159 while the Super plan was €999. Lastly, the Enterprise plan was custom and you had to speak with sales. All prices are charged per month and billed annually.

The new Supermetrics pricing structure removed the Super Plan and marked the price of the Enterprise plan as €899. However, the changes to the price list were more fundamental than the superficial movements in the digits. The picture below shows the new prices.

Next, we analyze each of the pricing plans, starting with the free trial.

Supermetrics Free Trial

Supermetrics provides a 14-day free trial, allowing you to explore its features before committing to any paid plan. This option offers full access to the platform’s tools, including the ability to connect to multiple data sources like Facebook Ads, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and more. You can then export the data into reporting platforms such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI to get marketing insights at no cost. As usual, you begin the plan by selecting your data destination, and you can export data only to the destination you select when signing up. The ultimate goal of this free trial is to help users gauge Supermetrics’ ease of use and efficiency and decide whether it’s a perfect fit for their needs.

Supermetrics Essential Plan

The cheapest package is €29/month, billed annually under the Essential plan. This plan permits you to extract and visualize data from 3 sources and use 3 accounts per data source. Only a single team and a single user are allowed on the Supermetrics Essential plan. Other features include weekly refreshes, standard support, single sign-on (SSO), generative AI integrations, and unrestricted data volume.

If you are on the Essential plan, you can extract data to only 1 of 4 destinations, which are Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or Power BI. Other than that, one of the most important changes to this plan is that you can only extract data from the most essential platforms. Supermetrics identifies three data sources to be the most essential. These include Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and GA4. If the data source connectors and destinations are not identified here, hop to the next plan.

Supermetrics Essential Plan

Supermetrics Core Plan

The Core plan starts at €159. That price gives you 27 data sources, 3 users, and 1 team. An important addition to the plan is access to 8 accounts per data source. These features are in addition to everything you get from the Essential plan. The data source connectors available here include Facebook Insights, Facebook Public Data, Google AdSense, and Google BigQuery. Note that the BigQuery connector is identified as a data source, not a destination for this plan.

Supermetrics Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is where major changes occurred. First, Supermetrics ended the Super plan which cost €999/month billed annually. Second, the revamped Enterprise plan slashed the price to €899/month billed annually. Third, you can now connect to Snowflake and BigQuery destinations for a lower price than before. Supermetrics really listened to the clients on this aspect.

In the past, Supermetrics did not include prices for any database destination. That did not work very well for them because customers had to pay more than €999 in the Enterprise plan to access the database destinations. At the same time, the Super Plan did not have many customers despite access to more data source connectors because the customers couldn’t transfer the data to a database. That is why Supermetrics has been gravitating towards three tiers in its pricing.

The Enterprise option, as presented in the new pricing structure, comes with additional features that aren’t available in the others. Such features include:

  • Hourly & on-demand data refreshes
  • API access
  • Premium support
  • Offline data import
  • Data warehousing and data transformation
  • Customer Success Manager and personal success plan
  • Data storage
  • Multi-team management
  • Supermetrics reporting templates & chart

While prices for Snowflake and BigQuery are included in the new price structure, Supermetrics does not provide the pricing information for the rest of the database destinations that are listed on the platform. You still need to speak with Supermetrics sales teams to know about the prices of sending data to Azure Synapse, Amazon Redshift, Azure SQL Database, and Google AlloyDB, among other destinations.

Supermetrics Enterprise Plan

The last thing we note about the price, which you must be mindful of, is the separation of connectors based on the premium value. Stated otherwise, Supermetrics has the majority of the data source connectors marked as premium and only accessible if you are on the Enterprise plan.

Supermetrics Discounts and Promotions

Supermetrics offers discounts and promotions for new or current customers from time to time. These may include extended free trials, seasonal discounts, percentage reductions on yearly subscriptions, and special offers for new signups. You can learn about these deals through the platform’s website, marketplaces, email newsletters, or social media. Capitalizing on these discounts means you get to enjoy Supermetrics vast features at lower costs while improving your analytics capabilities.

  • Prices for many database destinations are not indicated.

Windsor.ai: Delivering Better Pricing Than Supermetrics

Windsor.ai Price

If you want an alternative to Supermetrics that provides transparent pricing packages, then you may want to check out Windsor.ai. Windsor.ai is a reliable connector that collates data from multiple sources into a single platform. It provides advanced analytics, real-time data processing, and AI-driven insights that empower businesses to enhance their operations continuously. Thanks to Windsor.ai, you can extract data from 304+ sources, transform it, and load it to different destinations like Power BI, Looker Studio, Salesforce, MySQL, etc., for analytics or storage purposes.

Windsor offers better pricing plans than Supermetrics, and here’s why:

Cost-effective

Windsor.ai’s pricing structure is quite friendly, starting from $19 per month, with 5 destinations allowed. Advanced options range between $99 and $499 monthly, supporting unlimited users, hundreds of client accounts, and daily refreshes.

Supermetrics’ pricing packages are relatively expensive. Basic plans begin at €29/month (or $31.64/month), scaling up to €899/month (or $980.86/month) and above for comprehensive access. While Supermetrics provides more data destinations, it would be logical to go for Windsor.ai if you are on a tighter budget. What’s more, you can enjoy unlimited user access with Windsor.ai plans at any level, eliminating additional costs linked to extra team members.

Transparent

Windsor.ai’s transparent pricing structure is all the more reason you should choose the platform. Unlike Supermetrics, where you have to contact the sales team to get a cost estimate for exporting data to certain destinations (adding delays and uncertainty), Windsor.ai offers clear pricing upfront. This makes it easy to budget, plan ahead, and avoid unexpected costs. Moreover, the transparency extends beyond price tags, fostering a relationship of trust between Windsor.ai and the client.

No data volume restrictions

Windsor.ai may be a better option, especially if you have large data needs that keep growing. The platform doesn’t impose stringent data volume limitations, so you don’t have to worry about extra costs. While Supermetrics claims to have no data volume limits, its fair usage policy implies otherwise. This policy may restrict the volume of data you process monthly, possibly leading to unexpected charges if your data usage exceeds those limits.

All-inclusive destinations

Windsor.ai allows you to access all supported data destinations (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets) within a single plan. This contrasts with Supermetrics, which requires you to pay different fees for each destination, increasing overall costs. Imagine the ability to send your data to Google Sheets for fast analysis and then export it to Power BI for a more comprehensive approach, all without spending extra. That’s what choosing Windsor.ai means. If your business is on a budget and just needs multi-platform data analysis, Windsor.ai is a logical option.

Supermetrics Vs. Windsor.ai: Which Offers Better Value for Money?

Supermetrics and Windsor.ai are great platforms for data integration, which allow you to seamlessly send your data to storage and analytics tools fast. They eliminate coding, ensuring you can focus more on what matters, and that’s deriving vital insights from your data. Nonetheless, the choice between the two platforms boils down to your budget and preferences.

With Supermetrics, you enjoy the flexibility of exporting data from numerous sources and generating customized reports. But remember, this flexibility may involve a steeper learning curve and higher costs, especially when dealing with multiple data destinations. What makes  Windsor.ai more appealing is its focus on maintaining lower costs even when the user wants to work with many destinations. You don’t have to pay every time you want to send data to a different destination. This saves you a lot of money in the long run. Most importantly, with Windsor.ai, database destinations start at only $19/month, billed annually.
