Easy to Use with Confidence-Building Testing Before Committing

It’s easy to use, and I like that I can test things out and see the results before committing to anything. So far, everything works for me. It could be better in terms of what data it fetches and how up to date it is on my end, so I can see things more clearly and catch discrepancies. Connectors make it easier to communicate with AI assistants and models, and I get better results when the data is accurate and well connected.

Time-Saving Integration with Seamless Setup

I love that Windsor.ai connects directly with my Claude account, which allows me to run analysis, graphs, and charts seamlessly and saves me from having to hire an analyst part-time. It works really well and saves me a lot of time by automatically drawing data without me logging into each platform. I can manipulate and share dashboards on business performance with my team internally, which is great for consistency in our reports. The setup was pretty seamless and quick, even though I'm not tech-savvy, thanks to the assistance from Claude. I enjoy using it for at least four hours a day, running in the background while I do other tasks. I'm thrilled about the new team expansion feature, which enables me to share data effortlessly across the team, making it easier for everyone to access consistent data. Sometimes it hits a few snags because Chrome slows it down. The only piece I wish I had that would work better is being able to share my Claude windows with the data and the dashboards that I'm building so we could work more seamlessly using Claude. Windsor.ai saves me time by automatically drawing data from multiple platforms without logging in. It lets me share dashboards internally, and integrate with Claude for analysis. It saves us ten hours a week and removes the need for a part-time analyst.

Seamless SEO Reporting and Integration

I like the great customer service and find Windsor.ai to be a very intuitive platform. It seems safe and the setup was super easy. The free trial was amazing. I really appreciate the quick SEO reporting with the Cloudera integration, so I don't have to manually write reports and look for insights anymore. Nothing - I did figure out how to use Claude in Chrome for my specific purposes but yeah if I hadn't done that I'd still be using Windsor.ai I use Windsor.ai for quick SEO reporting with Cloudera integration, avoiding manual report writing and insight searching.

Windsor Empowers UA & Growth Teams with Easy Integrations and Fast Support

Windsor is great for UA and Growth Enthusiasts. IT simply removes any dependency on data teams. The stack I used was to connect windsor with Meta, Google, MMP and dump it to claude via connector and get daily reports or analysis upto creative level ROI. Amazing work. Great customer service as well. Was facing an issue connecting MMP and they helped it with small tech intervention in 15 minutes. Caching - no fresh api calls everytime. Not really great for live alerting. ROI level insights at one place without relying on external data teams. Quick and easy. Connection with AI tools.

Ridiculously Easy MCP Server Setup—So Far, So Good

Ridiculously easy to implement a MCP server The other shoe has not dropped yet, so I have no complaints. Very specifically, the problem is that Meta Ads is run by sadists who have made the Facebook App approval process so incredibly difficult, byzantine, costly, and time consuming that writing your own App is no longer a possibility. We're perfectly capable of integrating the Meta Ads API with our own MCP server, but good luck getting past the approval process. We have been at it for months, just for a single client. 5 minutes setting up Windsor.AI, 2 minutes setting up Claude/ChatGPT, and we have an AI that we can use for reporting and insights. We're well on our way to integrating the Windsor.AI MCP with our own AI systems. The time savings alone was worth the yearly subscription.

Simple, Efficient, and Reliable, but Needs Improvement in Updates

I find it relatively easy to apply and the support is great. I really appreciate that feature requests are implemented promptly. Additionally, the price is good. Updating existing streams retrospectively is not very intuitive. When you have created and are using a data connection (Power BI) and then, for example, want to add a new column, it is not very intuitive. It must be made easier to be able to adjust the data. I use Windsor.ai to aggregate data from various advertising platforms and automatically forward it to Power BI.

Intuitive UI and Handy Preview Pane Make Data Transfers Easy

I love the UI—it’s intuitive to use, and I really like the preview pane. It makes it easy to review the data I’m preparing before I set up the destination transfers. The platform connections / authentications occasionally fail without reason, when other platforms don't have the same issue. Destination task authentications (like to BigQuery) have the same problem. It has not been a major issue so far, but could become an issue if it doesn't get resolved. Making it easy for us to get data out of ad and social media platforms

Centralize and organize data with AI: great time savings and excellent support

Windsor.ai turned out to be a very practical solution for centralizing data from multiple platforms and, above all, for keeping it "organized" from the start. The most notable feature is the data structure/schema it generates with its AI approach, which facilitates analysis and greatly reduces the manual work of modeling and cleaning. In daily operations, the time savings are noticeable: you automate extraction and focus on interpreting results. Additionally, the Google Sheets extension is a huge plus: it allows users who are not specialized in databases to consume and update information simply and quickly. (it simulates Queries very well and simply) Another very positive point is the support team: they communicate excellently with our marketing teams and responded very quickly when we requested a development for an application that was not on the default list. The interface could be modernized and polished compared to industry tools. Automation of processes that were previously manual Automatic data structure A database engineer can create and export query links to Python, and a marketing analyst can create reports from scratch with automatic templates without having studied any Data. If you have the financial resources, they can develop any open API code for an ETL process on request.

Cheaper Than Funnel & Supermetrics, comes with more connections and a handy MCP Server

I've worked with Funnel and Supermetrics. Compared to those platforms, Windsor is cheaper and offers more connections. Also smart is that these connectors are divided into accounts, which also come in a right amount. The bonus of all this is that Windsor comes with an MCP server that I can easily use from Claude. Not so much really. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first configure a destination, but that goes for every tool. It mainly solves the issue that we have a lot of connections and a lot of accounts. Windsor supports this for a good price.

Simple Yet Powerful Data Connector with Outstanding Support

I really like that Windsor.ai has a real simple API that's easy to use. They are always updating it, which is great. There was even a situation where they added a specific feature for us, allowing us to use the fifteen minute update by having control over the cache. Their communication and attention to the client is awesome, making me appreciate their customer service even more. Even though simplicity is a good thing, sometimes we lack configurability. So maybe, for example, allow us to list our Facebook accounts or all accounts. So the API is still lacking some endpoints, but it is a weakness that we can handle. Is something they have UI configuration that allows us to keep going. But in the future, like midterm, that will be great. Windsor.ai acts as our connector for Facebook Ads API, enabling ads analysis every fifteen minutes affordably. It's a simple API, easy to use, constantly updated, and supports specific features like cache control with great client communication.

Streamlined Data Integration with Superb Support

I use Windsor.ai extensively to gather all my Social Media Ads data and HubSpot CRM into one database, which also supports ad hoc reports directly into my BI tools. I love that it solves the problem of manual reports from different platforms by streamlining the portal for quick and accessible data from all my needed platforms. This really saves us time and dev hours. What I like the most is the support; it's lightning quick, and if you have a real problem, it gets escalated to Windsor.ai devs in just a single day. The initial setup was incredibly easy, with no code required. What can be improved is some robustness of a few connectors, usually this is related to an event for the API's fault that happens that limits Windsor and needs to be adjusted, but for end customer it still affects day-to-day ingestions and 'freshness' of data. However, all data connectors have this issue, the matter is just how fast they can resolve it. I use Windsor.ai to consolidate Social Media Ads and HubSpot CRM data into one database, saving time and dev hours by eliminating manual reports from different platforms.
