Windsor.ai vs Coupler.io: pricing, data sources, and a side-by-side test in Claude
Windsor.ai vs Coupler.io: feature comparison
Windsor.ai and Coupler.io side by side in Claude
Neither tool returned better data. The figures on prompts 1 and 2 matched, apart from one Windsor.ai run that added up a click total wrongly. On prompt 3, all 6 answers gave 0% from GA4 and then a stand-in rate that changed with what each run counted as a conversion.
Windsor.ai’s median answer time was 15 seconds lower on prompts 1 and 2 (17 seconds against 32, and 53 seconds against 68). On prompt 3, it was 5 seconds lower (66 seconds against 71), and the two tools’ run times overlap. Claude made fewer connector calls through Windsor.ai on all 3 prompts and got no query errors. Coupler.io’s prompt 1 answers also added a channel split.
We gave Claude the same three prompts through each connector on 2 November 2026, in claude.ai with Claude Opus 5.5. Both tools queried the same GA4 property and Search Console site. We ran each prompt 3 times per tool, each time in a new chat with only that tool’s connector turned on and Claude’s memory off. We ran all Coupler.io chats first, from 08:59 to 09:10 UTC, then all Windsor.ai chats, from 09:11 to 09:20 UTC. Our Coupler.io flows refreshed about 1 to 2 minutes before the first chat. The times and call counts below are medians.
Windsor.ai ran on our Enterprise plan, and Coupler.io ran with Pro access, in the 7 free days it gives after signup. Repeating prompt 3 as we ran it needs a paid Windsor.ai plan, because the answers read 90 days of data and the free plan covers only 30 days of history. Prompt 2 blends 2 sources, which the free forever plan allows in your first 30 days. After that, it covers 1 source. Claude asked for no approvals in these 18 chats, which only read data. We did not time a signup on either tool, or the flow setup Coupler.io needs before Claude can answer.
Claude reads the dates and fields a Coupler.io flow holds. In Windsor.ai, it chooses the fields for each question. We set up our Coupler.io flows before the chats, with 90 days of data: Search Console, plus GA4 date, channel, source, landing page, event name, link domain, and the matching metrics.

Prompt 1: GA4 sessions and bounce rate
Compare GA4 sessions and bounce rate for [site] for 21 October to 27 October 2026 against 14 October to 20 October 2026.
All 6 answers gave the same figures. For 21 to 27 October, they matched GA4’s report from 29 October: 1,055 sessions and a 77.0% bounce rate. For the week before, they gave 1,093 sessions and a 78.6% bounce rate. GA4’s report from 29 October shows 1,097 sessions and 78.7% for that week. The Windsor.ai answer shown below labeled 14 October as a Tuesday when it was a Wednesday.
- Windsor.ai: median 17 seconds (16, 17, and 18). Claude made 3 connector calls and got no errors.

- Coupler.io: median 32 seconds (31, 32, and 35). Claude made a median of 10 connector calls. One query in each run returned an error, which Claude fixed and ran again.

Prompt 2: Blending Search Console and GA4 data
Blend Search Console clicks and GA4 organic sessions by day for [site] for the period between 14 October 2026 and 27 October 2026. Flag any day where they move apart by more than 20%. For each flagged day, give the likely causes, such as tracking changes, consent banner drops, ranking shifts, or bot traffic. Leave out the last 3 days because Search Console data is still incomplete for them. Provide your conclusion in one paragraph.
All 6 answers compared Search Console clicks with GA4 sessions from Google organic only, because Search Console does not count Bing and other engines. They gave the same daily figures and flagged only 20 October as more than 20% apart (56 sessions against 77 clicks). For 14 to 24 October, the totals are 736 sessions against 763 clicks. Each answer named a GA4 tracking or consent problem as the most likely cause for 20 October.
Two of the 3 runs on each tool left out 25 to 27 October, as the prompt asked. The other run on each tool kept those days, saying they were already complete. The Windsor.ai run that kept those days, shown below, added up its clicks wrongly: it gave 1,036 where its own daily figures for the 14 days sum to 991. The 8.5% gap in its conclusion should be 4.3%. That run and one Coupler.io answer labeled every day one weekday early. Every answer also raised low engagement on organic sessions. Two Coupler.io answers raised Bing traffic as possible bots.
- Windsor.ai: median 53 seconds (47, 53, and 59). Claude made a median of 7 connector calls, ran code in 1 of the 3 runs, and got no errors.

- Coupler.io: median 68 seconds (61, 68, and 79). Claude made 11 connector calls, ran code in 1 of the 3 runs, and got no errors.

Prompt 3: A vague question
What's my conversion rate on [site], and which landing page is dragging it down? Don't ask me to clarify. Make your own assumptions, list them, show which fields you picked from my data, and say what you'd need to give a more reliable answer.
All 6 answers said GA4’s own conversion rate is 0%, because the property has no key events set up. Each then gave a stand-in rate over the last 90 days, as a share of about 11,400 sessions. Windsor.ai’s answers covered 4 August to 1 November. Our Coupler.io flow also held part of 2 November: about 29 sessions, with no clicks or form submits. The rate changed with what each run counted as a conversion, on both tools. Both tools returned the same counts for 4 August to 1 November: 9 form submits and 164 outbound clicks.
- Windsor.ai, run 1: 0.08%, from 9 form submits out of 11,399 sessions.
- Windsor.ai, run 2: about 1.5%, from 9 form submits and 164 outbound clicks (173 events) out of 11,399 sessions.
- Windsor.ai, run 3: 0.08%, from 9 form submits out of 11,403 sessions. Its second rate was 0.88%, from 75 form submits and outbound clicks on sessions with a landing page, out of 8,522 such sessions.
- Coupler.io, run 1: about 0.09%, from 10 clicks to an affiliate network out of 11,391 sessions. Its second rate, an upper limit, was 1.44%, from all 164 outbound clicks out of the same sessions.
- Coupler.io, run 2: about 1.4%, from 157 sessions with a click or form submit out of 11,424 sessions. Its second rate was 0.79%, from 67 of 8,498 sessions, leaving out sessions with no landing page.
- Coupler.io, run 3: 0.12%, from 14 of 11,425 sessions: 7 with a form submit and 7 with a click to the affiliate network.
All 3 Windsor.ai answers and 2 Coupler.io answers named the same news article as the page lowering the rate most. Coupler.io run 2 named a heating aid page, with that article close behind.
- Windsor.ai: median 66 seconds (65, 66, and 76). Claude made a median of 7 connector calls, ran code in 2 of the 3 runs, and got no errors.

- Coupler.io: median 71 seconds (63, 71, and 71). Claude made a median of 13 connector calls. One query in 2 of the 3 runs returned an error, which Claude fixed and ran again.

About this comparison
We publish this page on windsor.ai and have a stake in the result. Our team uses Windsor.ai daily. We know Windsor.ai better than Coupler.io. On 2 November 2026, we ran the test above on one GA4 property and its Search Console site, in claude.ai with Claude Opus 5.5, 3 times per prompt for each tool. On 30 October, we checked G2’s comparison page and both pricing pages (windsor.ai/pricing and coupler.io/pricing). Check both pricing pages again before you buy, because plans change.

FAQs
Is Windsor.ai cheaper than Coupler.io?
Yes, when you have several accounts on each platform or need more than one destination. No, when you connect many platforms with one account each. The prices follow the three cards above, with annual billing. For 3 platforms with one account each and 2 destinations, Windsor.ai Basic costs $19/mo and Coupler.io Active costs $99/mo. For 40 accounts on 3 platforms with hourly syncs, Windsor.ai Standard costs $99/mo and Coupler.io Pro costs $199/mo. For 10 platforms with one account each, Windsor.ai Plus costs $249/mo, and Coupler.io Starter with 7 extra accounts costs $55.43/mo (24 + 7 × 4.49).
When is Coupler.io the better choice?
Coupler.io costs less if you report on many platforms with one account on each, and it lists 400+ sources against Windsor.ai’s 350+. G2 reviewers rate it higher (see the G2 table above). Coupler.io connects directly to Tableau and Qlik.
How does Coupler.io pricing work?
Coupler.io prices by plan, and each plan sets accounts, destinations, users, and refresh. With annual billing, Starter costs $24/mo for 3 accounts, 1 destination, 1 user, and daily refresh. Active costs $99/mo for 15 accounts, 3 destinations, and unlimited users. Pro costs $199/mo for 50 accounts, unlimited destinations, and hourly refresh. Extra accounts cost $4.49 each. Starter caps rows at 5,000 per run. With monthly billing, the plans cost $32, $132, and $259, and each extra account costs $5.99. See Coupler.io pricing.

Does Coupler.io work with Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes, through MCP access from the Pro plan at $199/mo. Coupler.io lists Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Cursor, and OpenClaw. The assistant reads the data flows you set up in Coupler.io. Claude can also create a flow through the connector, add a field to it, and run it. The connector makes no changes in ad platforms.
Does Windsor.ai support AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. You add Windsor.ai in one click from Claude’s connector directory or ChatGPT’s plugin directory. You can also add it to Microsoft Copilot Studio as a native connector and to Gemini Enterprise as a third-party connector. The assistant reaches as many sources as your plan includes. On Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms, the assistant can also make changes in your ad accounts.
Can both tools send data to a warehouse?
Yes. Windsor.ai includes warehouses such as BigQuery and Snowflake on every plan. Coupler.io sends data to BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Supabase on every plan. On Coupler.io Free and Starter, the warehouse is your one destination.
Which tool is better for agencies?
Windsor.ai, if you manage many client accounts on a few platforms. Standard ($99/mo) fits up to 75 client accounts on 7 platforms, with hourly scheduled syncs to warehouses and Sheets. Clients connect through authorization links on every plan. Coupler.io Pro ($199/mo) includes 50 accounts and adds 3 team and client workspaces. Windsor.ai has no separate client workspaces inside one account. You can run a separate Windsor.ai team per client, and on Professional and Enterprise, team owners can hide each member’s connected accounts from the others. Coupler.io’s Agency Solutions plan covers agencies with more than 50 accounts.
How often do scheduled syncs run?
Windsor.ai runs scheduled syncs to warehouses and Sheets once a day on the free forever plan and Basic, every hour from Standard, and every 15 minutes on Professional. On Coupler.io Free, you refresh data by hand. Starter and Active refresh once a day, Pro every hour, and Custom every 15 minutes. See the refresh frequency for each Windsor.ai plan.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, both tools have one. The Windsor.ai free forever plan needs no credit card. It covers 1 user, 1 source, 1 account, 5 destination tasks, and 30 days of history. It sends data to every destination, warehouses included. In your first 30 days, it allows up to 10 sources and 15 accounts. Coupler.io gives 7 days with Pro limits, then a free plan with 1 account, 1 destination, manual refresh, and 100 rows per run.
How do I move my Data Studio reports from Coupler.io to Windsor.ai?
Start in Data Studio by adding the Windsor.ai connector for each source as a data source. Make a copy of the report. Data Studio then asks for new data sources. For each Coupler.io source, choose the matching Windsor.ai data source. Where Windsor.ai names a field differently, select that field again in the chart that uses it.
How do I move my BigQuery data flows?
Connect the same sources in Windsor.ai and set up each data flow again as a destination task. With Windsor.ai connected, Claude or ChatGPT can set up the destination task in Windsor.ai, with the fields, partitioning, and clustering you ask for. If BigQuery access isn’t set up yet, Windsor.ai sends a setup link where you connect BigQuery. You can start with prompts like these.
I'm moving my Meta Ads and Google Ads data flows from Coupler.io to Windsor.ai. My old BigQuery table had one row per day and campaign. Set up a destination task in Windsor.ai that builds the same table, with partitioning by date and clustering by campaign.
Here's the column list from my old Coupler.io data flow: [paste column names]. Map these to the closest Windsor.ai fields.
Do I keep my historical data when I switch?
Yes, on a paid plan. Windsor.ai pulls up to 10 years of past data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and your other platforms, as far back as each platform’s API allows. For anything older, keep the Coupler.io tables and Sheets you already have.
