Important Twitter Organic connector updates
Due to changes in Twitter’s API pricing structure implemented in February 2023, Windsor.ai’s Twitter Organic and Twitter Public Data connectors are undergoing modifications.
Paid access to Twitter (X) API
Twitter (now known as X) ended free access to its API, introducing a tiered pricing structure:
- Basic Tier: $100 per month for access to 10,000 tweets.
- Pro Tier: $5,000 per month for access to 2 million tweets.
- Enterprise Tier: Custom pricing for large-scale access.
The existing Twitter Organic and Twitter Public Data connectors in Windsor.ai are still accessible. However, following changes in Twitter’s policies, customers are now required to directly purchase a monthly Twitter API subscription from Twitter.
Windsor.ai’s Twitter Ads connector was not impacted by these adjustments and continues as before.
