Steps to Find Service Dynamics 365 Root URL
To use the Windsor.ai Dynamics 365 connector you’ll need to find the Dynamics 365 root URL. Here are the steps to retrieve it

Access Developer Resources
- Log into your Dynamics 365 or Power Apps environment
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Customizations
- Click on Developer Resources

Locate the Web API URL
- In the Developer Resources section, you will find the Service Root URL
- This URL serves as the base endpoint for Web API calls

- The Web API URL typically follows this format:
https://yourorganization.crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.2
Important: Make sure to omit any trailing slashes at the end of the URL.
