Starting today, Windsor.ai has no data volume limitations. Every plan, including Free, now comes with unlimited rows and zero overage billing.
What changed
Until now, syncing data to warehouse destinations like BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Azure SQL, Amazon S3, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric was metered in monthly active rows (MAR). Plans included between 5M and 50M rows per month, and every additional million cost $3 to $20 depending on your tier.
As of today, all of that is gone:
- No row limits on any plan
- No overage charges, ever
- No usage meter to watch
Why we did this
Charging by data volume is a tax on business growth. It punishes you for the one thing you actually want: more data flowing through your pipelines.
We watched data teams throttle their own syncs to stay under quota. Skipping backfills. Trimming fields. Setting calendar reminders to check a usage dashboard, just to avoid a surprise bill at the end of the month. That is time spent managing a pricing model instead of managing data.
If you want to pipe all your marketing data into your warehouse, or feed it directly into LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT, you should not have to count rows first.
What this means for you
Backfill everything. Load up to 10 years of history into BigQuery or Snowflake without doing math on what it will cost. It costs nothing extra.
Stop throttling. If you set up daily syncs where you wanted hourly, or dropped fields to shrink your row count, turn it all back on.
Budget with certainty. Your Windsor.ai invoice is your plan price. Nothing else. No end-of-cycle surprises.
Existing customers do not need to do anything. Row metering and overage billing are switched off for every account as of today.

Plans and prices are unchanged. You still get access to all 350+ data sources and every destination on every plan, from Looker Studio and Power BI to warehouses and AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
