To connect Pipedrive to Gemini Enterprise, connect Pipedrive to Windsor.ai with your API token, then add Windsor.ai as a data store in Gemini Enterprise. You can then ask Gemini about deals, stages, activities and leads in plain language. Windsor.ai is listed as a third-party data store in Gemini Enterprise. Google’s own Gemini Enterprise connector list has no Pipedrive connector.
The connection reads Pipedrive data only. Windsor.ai has write actions for 19 connectors, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Salesforce, and Pipedrive is not one of them (see the list of write actions). Gemini can analyze your deals, but it cannot edit a deal, move a stage or log an activity. If you need Gemini to act inside Pipedrive, an automation tool such as Zapier or Make is the better fit.
Connect Pipedrive to Windsor.ai on the free forever plan, no credit card: onboard.windsor.ai/app/pipedrive.
Before you start
- Gemini Enterprise Standard, Plus, Frontline or Pay-as-you-go. These editions are set up in the Google Cloud console. The Business edition has its own setup and a smaller selection of connectors.
- A Google Cloud project under your organization (Google Workspace or Cloud Identity), with billing turned on and Gemini Enterprise activated. A project created with a personal Gmail account does not work.
- The Discovery Engine Editor role on that project, or the Owner role.
- A Pipedrive login that can see the pipelines you want to analyze.
- A Windsor.ai account. The free forever plan covers one data source. To ask about Pipedrive together with Google Ads, Meta Ads or GA4, you need a paid plan after the first 30 days: from $19 a month (billed annually) for 3 sources, or $99 a month for 7. See Windsor.ai pricing.
Step 1: Connect Pipedrive to Windsor.ai
- Open onboard.windsor.ai/app/pipedrive and sign in or create an account.
- In Pipedrive, open the company you want to analyze and go to Settings, then Personal preferences, then API. Copy your personal API token. Each Pipedrive company you belong to has its own token: copy it while the company you want is open.
- Back in Windsor.ai, paste the token into the Pipedrive connection form and submit it. If the API option is missing in Pipedrive, your permission set does not include it; ask a Pipedrive admin to enable it.
Gemini can only query sources that are connected in Windsor.ai.
Step 2: Add Windsor.ai to Gemini Enterprise
You do this once per Google Cloud project. Every source you connect in Windsor.ai later is available through the same data store. The short version is below; the full Gemini Enterprise setup guide covers each screen, encryption keys and error messages.
- In the Google Cloud console, open Gemini Enterprise, click Data stores, then Create data store. Under Third-party data sources, find Windsor.ai and click Add data source.
- Under Entities to search, select Connectors. On the Actions step you can leave both actions off: reading Pipedrive data works without them, and Windsor.ai has no write actions for Pipedrive.
- Select the location. Google recommends global unless your organization must keep data in the US or EU. The location cannot be changed later. If the console asks you to configure access control, choose Google Identity if your company signs in with Google accounts.
- Keep General pricing, click Create, and wait until the data store shows Active. Google bills the data store to your Google Cloud billing account, separately from Windsor.ai.
- Open a Gemini Enterprise app in the same location, or create one under Apps. Click Connected data stores, then Add existing data stores, select the Windsor.ai data store and click Connect.
- Open the app’s web app URL. Click the puzzle piece icon below the Ask Gemini Enterprise box, click Authorize next to Windsor.ai, then Allow Access, and sign in to Windsor.ai. Click Finish and check that the Windsor.ai toggle is on.

The Windsor.ai data store is in public preview under Google’s Pre-GA terms. Data can take about 10 minutes to appear after you connect the data store to the app.
Step 3: Check the connection with a number you know
Ask Gemini a question you can check in Pipedrive:
Using Windsor.ai, how many Pipedrive deals were won in the last 30 days, and what was their total value? Tell me the exact date range you used.
Compare the answer with a won-deals report for the same dates in Pipedrive Insights. If the counts differ, check which pipeline and which currency each side used before you trust either number.

Questions to ask Gemini about your Pipedrive data
Deals that stopped moving
List open deals with no activity in the last 21 days and no next activity scheduled. Show the owner, stage, value and days since the last activity, sorted by value.
Pipedrive can flag rotting deals with a day limit set per stage. This question uses one rule across every pipeline at once, and adds the missing next step.
Forecast by month
Sum the weighted value of open deals by expected close month for the next three months, split by pipeline. For each month, show how much of that value comes from deals with no activity in the last 14 days.
Windsor.ai returns the current expected close date only. It has no record of earlier dates, which rules out questions about how often close dates moved.
Why deals are lost
For deals lost in the last 6 months, group lost reasons by the stage the deal was in when it was lost. Which reason appears most often after the proposal stage?
The free forever plan returns the last 30 days of Pipedrive data, and the six-month lost-deal question above, the 90-day rep comparison and the spend-by-month blend below need a paid plan for their full period.
Activity and results by rep
For each owner, compare activities marked done in the last 90 days with deals won and their total value in the same period.
Lead sources
Group leads created this quarter by source. For each source, show how many leads became deals and the value of deals won so far.
Pipedrive next to your ad and website data
With Google Ads, Meta Ads or GA4 connected in the same Windsor.ai account, one question can cover spend and pipeline. For example:
Compare Google Ads and Meta Ads spend by month this year with the number of Pipedrive deals created per month whose channel is paid search or paid social, and the value of those deals won.
The join only works when Pipedrive records where a deal came from, in the channel, origin or lead source fields. If your team leaves those empty, Gemini can show spend and pipeline side by side by month, but it cannot tie a deal to a campaign. Blending sources needs a paid Windsor.ai plan (see Before you start).
Other ways to bring Pipedrive into Gemini
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, Albato) run Gemini as a step in a workflow, for example drafting a follow-up when a deal changes stage. They fit actions on single records, not questions across your whole pipeline.
- MCP servers for Gemini CLI from several vendors let developers query Pipedrive from the command line. They need a local setup and fit technical users.
- Windsor.ai in Gemini Enterprise, this guide, fits analysis in the Gemini Enterprise web app, and Pipedrive next to ad and web data through one connection.
Troubleshooting
Gemini counts fewer deals than your Pipedrive report
Windsor.ai can only return the deals that the connected Pipedrive user is allowed to see. Pipedrive’s visibility groups limit which deals each user can view, and global admins and users with the deals admin permission set see every pipeline. For company-wide numbers, connect Pipedrive with one of those users.
Gemini answers without any Pipedrive data
Open the data store in the Google Cloud console and confirm its status is Active. In the web app, click the puzzle piece icon and make sure the Windsor.ai toggle is on, and in Windsor.ai make sure Pipedrive shows as connected. If you connected the data store to the app in the last few minutes, wait about 10 minutes and ask the Step 3 question again.
“Identity provider not configurable” when you create the data store
This error means the Google Cloud project does not belong to an organization, usually because it was created with a personal Gmail account. Create the Windsor.ai data store in a project under your company’s Google Workspace or Cloud Identity organization, as listed in Before you start.
Conclusion
Once Steps 1 and 2 are done, Gemini Enterprise can answer questions about your Pipedrive deals, stages, activities and leads, and about any other source you connect in Windsor.ai. Start with the check question in Step 3, then the stalled-deals and lost-reason questions above.

FAQs
Can Gemini update deals in Pipedrive through Windsor.ai?
No. Windsor.ai reads Pipedrive data only; its write actions cover other connectors, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Salesforce. Gemini can analyze deals and activities, but it cannot change a deal, move it to another stage or log an activity. For actions on single records, use an automation tool such as Zapier or Make.
Does this work in the regular Gemini app?
No, this guide covers Gemini Enterprise (Standard, Plus, Frontline or Pay-as-you-go), set up in the Google Cloud console. The Gemini app has a separate custom apps feature for personal accounts in the US, which this guide does not cover.
Is Gemini Enterprise included in my Windsor.ai plan?
No. Google bills Gemini Enterprise licences and the data store to the billing account of your Google Cloud project. Your Windsor.ai plan is billed separately, with a free forever plan for one data source and paid plans from $19 a month (billed annually) for 3 sources.
Does Gemini Enterprise store a copy of my Pipedrive data?
No. Gemini Enterprise does not index or store the data. Each question goes to Windsor.ai, which returns the answer from Pipedrive at that moment.
Can I ask about Pipedrive and Google Ads in the same question?
Yes, if both are connected in the same Windsor.ai account. Gemini can then compare ad spend with deals created and won. Tying a deal to a campaign needs the channel, origin or lead source filled in on the deal. Using more than one source needs a paid plan after the first 30 days, from $19 a month (billed annually) for 3 sources.
