Portermetrics is a relatively new data integration platform. So far, it offers about 19 data source connectors and exports data to 2 main destinations: Looker Studio and Google Sheets. While more destinations are listed on the platform, including Power BI and Microsoft Excel, these destinations are connected through Google Sheets, not directly.


Portermetrics is trying to differentiate itself by giving you access to all the data source connectors available on the platform. That means there are no premium connectors. The weakness of the approach is that Portermetrics limits the number of accounts you can connect. Your data plan pricing will be based on the number of accounts you connect to. For instance, if you connect to 5 Facebook accounts, the computation is on the five accounts, not one data source connector.

However, that plan would be more expensive than Portermetrics.

Adverity designates some connectors as core, meaning you can access them in the $500/month data plan, but if a connector is not in the core category, you would spend more than $2000/month to get connected.
