To connect Amazon Seller Central to Claude, authorize your seller account at onboard.windsor.ai/app/amazon_sp and add the Windsor.ai connector in Claude. That’s all it takes. Start a new chat and ask about your store’s profitability.

Here’s the blind spot it fixes: Amazon shows you revenue. But it does not show you profit, what is left after FBA fees, referral fees, storage costs, returns, and ad spend.

Those costs quietly eat into your margins, so a top-selling ASIN is not always a profitable one. Seller Central tracks all of this, yet it does not explain what really matters or how profitable your products actually are.

Windsor.ai brings your Amazon Seller Central data into Claude, so you can ask direct questions and get instant answers about your store’s profitability, inventory risks, and performance.

The questions worth asking about your Amazon business (prompt ideas)

These prompts focus on the decisions that directly impact your store’s profitability. Copy and run them, and Claude will use your live Seller Central data to give you actionable, personalized answers.

Account-level performance snapshot

Analyze my Amazon performance for the last 30 days. Show total revenue, total units sold, overall conversion rate, and total traffic.

Compare to the previous 30-day period and calculate the % change for each metric. Then tell me the main drivers of growth or decline, and whether performance is improving due to higher traffic, better conversion, or both.

True profitability by ASIN

For my top 20 ASINs by gross sales revenue in the last 30 days, show gross sales revenue, fulfillment fees, referral fees, storage fees, and refunds for each.

Calculate estimated net revenue (gross minus those fees) and rank by net revenue, not gross. Which ASINs drop significantly when fees are deducted, and which look strong on revenue but generate thin net margin?

Prevent stockouts before they happen

For all my active FBA SKUs, show available quantity, units sold in the last 30 days, and estimated weeks of supply.

Flag every SKU with under 3 weeks of supply, sort most-critical first, and for the top 10 calculate the recommended reorder quantity to restore 8 weeks of cover at the current sell rate.

Recover Buy Box revenue

For each ASIN in the last 30 days, show total sessions, Buy Box percentage, units sold, and gross sales revenue.

For any ASIN with Buy Box below 80%, estimate the revenue lost to not owning the Buy Box, rank by dollar value lost, and flag high-traffic ASINs with low Buy Box as my most urgent recovery opportunities.

Fix high-traffic, low-conversion listings

Identify ASINs with high traffic (more than 500 product page views) in the last 30 days but below-average conversion.

For each, show traffic, units sold, and conversion rate, then analyze what might be holding conversion back (pricing, reviews, star rating, or listing quality) and suggest specific improvements.

Catch margin-killing return rates

From my last 60 days of data, find ASINs with more than 50 units sold and a return rate above 8%.

For each, show revenue, refunded amount, and estimated net impact after refunds and fees. Tell me whether high returns cluster in specific categories, price ranges, or fulfillment methods, and recommend actions to reduce them.

Go beyond reporting: update your listings from Claude

Windsor’s connection to Amazon Seller Central is two-way. Beyond reading your data, Claude can update an existing product listing for you, identified by its seller SKU. You describe the change in plain language and Claude submits it to Amazon for you.

What you can change on a listing today:

  • Title: the product name buyers see.
  • Description: the main product description.
  • Bullet points: the “About this item” list.
  • Price: the standard offer price in your marketplace currency.

A few things you can simply ask for:

  • “Rewrite the bullet points for SKU ABC-123 to lead with the waterproof rating and the 2 year warranty.”
  • “Update the price of SKU ABC-123 to 24.99.”
  • “Refresh the title for SKU ABC-123 so it includes the size and the color.”

Claude shows you the exact change and asks you to confirm before it sends anything, so nothing is updated by surprise. Amazon then processes the update, and your change goes live once its review finishes. This works on listings you already have, and because updating bullet points rewrites the whole list, include every bullet you want to keep.

Bonus: analyze Amazon Seller Central alongside your full business data

Seller Central answers what is happening on Amazon. It does not show how Amazon fits into your overall business.

πŸ”— Windsor.ai connects Amazon Seller Central with 350+ platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and your CRM, unifying the data into a single layer you can query directly in Claude.

Here are the most useful cross-channel analyses to run:

  • Amazon Seller Central + Amazon Ads: Standard ACOS is calculated against ad-attributed revenue only. Blend both and ask Claude for Total ACOS (ad spend divided by total ASIN revenue, including organic) to see which ASINs are barely profitable once organic sales are counted correctly.
  • Amazon Seller Central + Shopify: If you sell on Amazon and your own store, ask Claude which products sell better on each, which have strong Shopify demand that would benefit from an Amazon listing, and where Amazon pricing is cannibalizing Shopify sales.
  • Amazon Seller Central + Google Ads: If you drive Google traffic to Amazon listings, ask Claude for the true cost of those Amazon sales once Amazon’s referral fees are factored in.

The data Windsor streams from Seller Central into Claude

Windsor connects to Amazon’s Selling Partner API and gives Claude access to sales, inventory, listing, and returns data across your account. View the full list of available data fields. The fields that drive the most commercially important analysis:

  • Sales and revenue: ordered product sales, total order items, order channel, order status, date.
  • Profitability and fees: estimated FBA fulfillment fees, referral fees, estimated storage cost, reimbursements, your price.
  • Inventory and stock health: fulfillable quantity, total FBA quantity, inbound working quantity, reserved quantity, unsellable quantity, quantity shipped.
  • Listing performance: product name, ASIN, item price, fulfillment channel (FBA vs MFN), purchase date.
  • Returns and quality: return quantity, return date, return reason, return status, order id.

Conclusion

Every Amazon seller tracks revenue. Few have a clear view of what actually drives profit, where stockouts are coming, or which products are quietly eroding margin through returns.

Windsor.ai brings your entire Seller Central account into Claude, including fees, returns, inventory, and conversions, all in one place, ready to analyze. No spreadsheets. No exports. Just clear answers to the questions that move your business.
