Windsor.ai pricing

An account refers to an individual advertising, analytics, or CRM account that you own or manage within a platform. For example, with the basic plan, you can connect up to 75 accounts across three data sources. An example setup could include 25 Google Ads accounts, 25 Facebook Ads accounts, and 25 Bing/Microsoft Ads accounts.

We support Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Python, Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Windsor MCP server (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and other AI chats).

A scheduled sync (destination task) allows you to sync data from Windsor.ai to your preferred database, data warehouse, file storage, or Google Sheets. We currently support destination tasks for Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Databricks.

On the Basic plan, you can set up a maximum of 5 active scheduled syncs, where each sync corresponds to one table updated once per day. All plans starting from Standard provide unlimited destination tasks and hourly/daily scheduled syncs.

Additionally, on the Basic plan and above, you can perform backfills to load historical data into your table.

Note that on the Basic plan, each backfill also counts as a scheduled sync.

You can invite unlimited team members to your account for seamless collaboration. Simply click on your User Name → Invite Team Member in the onboard app and start adding colleagues to work together efficiently.

Windsor.ai refreshes the cache every 6 hours. To access real-time data, you need to manually refresh it in the onboard app using the Clear Cache button.

You can send an authorization link to external users (e.g., teammates or clients) so they can connect a data source under your account, without sharing credentials or registering at Windsor.

Yes, Windsor.ai provides an absolutely free 30-day trial so you can explore the platform’s core features with the following conditions:

• 1 user, 10 data sources, 15 accounts, and 5 destination tasks
• 30-day history limit
• No hidden fees or premium connectors; you can try all data sources and destinations

API requests are subject to rate limits to ensure fair usage. The current rate limits are:

• 600 requests per minute
• 10,000 requests per day

If you exceed these limits, you’ll receive a 429 status code. The response will include headers indicating your remaining quota and when it will reset.

Yes, we can add this upon request. To get started, add it to our feature requests board, and we’ll plan and deploy it as soon as possible.

For immediate custom connector development without a queue, consider our Enterprise plan.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and we’ll automatically apply prorated billing so you only pay for what you actually use.

If you upgrade mid-cycle:

You’ll be charged only for the remaining time on the higher plan, minus a credit for the unused time on your current plan.

Example:

You’re on the $23/month plan.

On June 16 (midway through your billing cycle), you upgrade to the $118/month plan.

Here’s what happens:

• You get a $11.50 credit for the unused half of the $23 plan.
• You’re charged $59.00 for the remaining half of the $118 plan.
• Total due immediately: $47.50

On your next billing date (July 1), you’ll be billed the full $118 for the new plan.

If you downgrade mid-cycle:

Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next cycle, and your new (lower) rate will be charged then — no immediate charge or credit.

If you switch between monthly and yearly plans:

When switching between billing cycles (monthly ↔ yearly):

• Any unused time on your current plan is converted into an account credit, which is automatically applied to future invoices

If you switch to a plan with a lower effective price for the remaining period (for example, from Basic Annual ($228) to Standard Monthly ($118)):

• The price difference is added as a credit to your account
• That credit is applied to future charges

There are no setup or hidden onboarding fees with any of our plans. Subscribe and start using Windsor.ai right away.

Windsor.ai subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

• If you’re on a monthly plan:

You’re billed for the upcoming 30-day period. If the subscription wasn’t cancelled, invoices may have continued to generate each month, and unpaid invoices create an outstanding balance.

• If you’re on an annual plan:

You’re billed for the upcoming 12-month period. If the subscription wasn’t cancelled, an annual renewal invoice may have been created, and if it wasn’t paid, it can appear as an outstanding balance.

At this time, we do not offer a “pause” option. You can cancel your subscription anytime and reactivate it later when needed:

– For monthly plans, your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, and billing will resume only if you reactivate.

– For annual plans, the full year is paid upfront. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal at the end of the term but doesn’t pause or refund the remaining months of the current year.

We take data security very seriously. Windsor.ai is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II — independently audited. Our servers are hosted in a world-class data center in Germany.

You can purchase a subscription using most credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (we use Stripe for payment processing).

Please note that manual invoicing and custom vendor onboarding processes are only available for Enterprise plans.

If your payment fails, our system will automatically retry up to 8 times over the course of 30 days using a smart recovery process.
